Broken Bow Wknd

Like last year, Gentry and I and her parents rented a cabin in Beavers Bend State Park. A good weekend of relaxing, movies, God eating, constant fire, games, and this year, fishing.  All the cabins in the area are great. Ours had a great deck, big nice kitchen, living room with God starting for everyone and a nice view of the woods... We went to the Mountain Fork river just south of the broken bow lake spillway. We caught five rainbow trout and a few others got to enjoy some salmon eggs without staying on. It was a great time. Yes, we are both holding the same 4 fish. I caught and released the last little trout I caught.  The first nights fire never really got going. We didn't have much to start it and everything I got outside was just a little too wet. The next day though, we chatted with a starter log and had a blazing fire all day. The highlight of the weekend happened right when we got there though..... ........ Another weekend left very thankful for family. Thankful to have family also striving to know God's love for us more and more. Very lucky.
